Help Make the Military Votes Count
Do you have a family member or friend who is a Texas resident, temporarily living out of the country or who is active duty military that needs to register to vote?
The Texas Secretrary of State has added new features to their website that will assist them in navigating the process. Although the process is made easier by an online application process, these voters still must recieve a ballot via mail and return it before the deadline for their vote to count in the upcoming Republican Primary. To insure there is adequate time, please email your overseas Texas contacts today!
More information on the federal postcard application process is available here. (IF THEY WISH TO VOTE A PRIMARY BALLOT, THEY MUST STATE THE PARTY NAME. IF THEY WISH TO VOTE IN THE ELECTIONS OF MORE THAN ONE AUTHORITY (e.g., city, school district, county, etc.), THEY MUST SUBMIT A SEPARATE FPCA TO EACH AUTHORITY’S EARLY VOTING CLERK.)
