Precinct Chairman, David Hall passed away Oct. 11th following a battle with pancreatic cancer. David was passionate about his commitment to the Republican Party and his quest to take the Liberty Bell around the state to honor those who laid down their lives for others.
Since 9-11, David has tolled the nations only traveling exact replica of the Liberty Bell and honoring our fallen heroes. David was passionate about his commitment to honor those that have laid down their lives for others. He has tolled the bell at the funerals of over 600 soldiers. He was also part of the concluding honors for Presidents Reagan and Ford.
